Expressive Arts Therapy. Registered Expressive Arts Therapists (REAT) use play and the arts to help clients find unspoken metaphors in image, sound, movement and action.
Nutrition and Exercise Counseling. Registered Dietitians use a non-dieting, joyful movement approach.
Mind/Body/Spirit Approaches, including mindfulness, focusing, EMDR and neurofeedback.
