a psychotherapist with 30 years
experience, I specialize in relationship coaching, conflict resolution,
mastery of addictive and compulsive behaviors and pre-marital
preparation. My passion is helping individuals, couples and families
regain a sense of well-being and life satisfaction. I treat depression, anxiety and PTSD. My goal is to assist you in gaining the highest level of self-fulfillment, a positive self-image and the necessary skills to cope with life’s challenges. I ascribe to a brief, effective approach with focused interventions, present-time, solution-focused strategies and caring, consistent feedback and support. I am currently writing a book on the power of Unconditional Positive Regard. I have been married twenty-eight years and have four children and three grandchildren. •

am Bi-Lingual (Filipino-Tagalog) Psychotherapist with over 13 years
experience working with depression, anxiety, intimacy issues,
relationship problems, divorce/separation, family issues, trauma,
abuse, domestic violence, grief and loss and inner child
work. I work in partnership with you helping you overcome challenges while focusing on your strengths. I strive to connect you to your own power and inner wisdom, increasing intimacy and satisfaction in all your important relationships. I am a firm believer in the healing power of relationships, especially the one you have with yourself. As a Certified Domestic Violence Provider and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) Employee Assistance Program, I have extensive experience providing employment policy consultations and workplace violence/threat assessments. I am an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP). I am part of a selected group of therapists contracted with the Center for the Promotion of Intimacy (CPI). We all struggle with our deep yearning for love, meaning and acceptance.
