My goal is to help clients gain greater self-awareness as spiritual beings while helping them to improve their lives in the physical world. As author of the book, Women Dreaming-into-Art, I am interested in the intersection of dreams, creativity, and life crises/transitions. I am currently writing a book on how some people, with help, transform their greatest life upheavals into spiritual awareness. I help people, particularly those in mid-life, work through "The Dark Nights of Soul" to heal depression and loss, to accept the aging process, to find new ways to express their creativity, to rediscover meaning in their lives. An educator for over 25 years, I am a member of the clergy for my religion and work within a transpersonal/spiritual framework. I use Jungian dream work along with body-centered, cognitive behavioral, and problem-solving approaches. |
