My 15 years of experience, ongoing training and professional support , my love of the work I do and my belief in the healing process all contribute to my success as a therapist. I have worked in private practice for the last six years working primarily with adults, teens and couples. I am trained in and use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is an effective way of helping individuals overcome self-defeating beliefs, resolving trauma and enhancing performance.
