Marriage and Family Therapist, I have been working with individuals,
couples and families for over 10 years. By creating a safe environment,
I seek to understand each person, their unique story and to bring about
health, fulfillment and support. I believe every person, couple and
family has a story they bring into therapy that includes not only the
situation at hand, but a personal, family, and diverse experiential
history. My approach in therapy is tailored toward the uniqueness of
each person. Together, we will work towards facilitating more
self-understanding, more effective ways of handling life challenges,
