Whether working with adults individually, in couples or in groups I provide a safe, nurturing environment for exploring feelings, developing inner awareness and making positive changes. For the past 15 years I have worked with women who struggle with food, weight & body image issues. I am a Certified Conscious Eatingª therapist and offer groups and workshops designed to gently bring about awareness and change in how women relate to food and their bodies. I also work with bariatric surgery patients to help them reconnect with their bodies and make a positive transition to a new lifestyle. |
