After 29 years of practice as a psychotherapist, I am amazed by the process of healing and growth that occurs when clients face themselves in an honest and courageous manner. Whether in individual, couple, family, or group therapy it is my intention to help create and support a safe environment so that my clients can tell the truth about their inner and outer experiences. Insight leads to understanding and action leads to change. This natural process occurs as we meet in a therapeutic relationship that is centered in mutual respect and compassion.
