By training I am a Behavior Therapist. This means that I have a strong background in the psychology of learning, with a focus on how problem behaviors are acquired and what can be done to change them. In my practice I treat most clinical issues for adults and adolescents, including depression, anxiety, addictive behaviors, ADHD, and interpersonal issues relating to parenting and couples. My office is located in the Hillcrest/Banker's Hill area of San Diego, California (near the intersections of Highways 8 and 5). I accept direct payment for services as well as insurance payments from the following networks: Aetna, APS, Blue Shield of California, LifeSynch, Managed Health Network (MHN), Medicare, and Tricare.
