In my therapy practice, I work with you collaboratively to explore historical and developmental issues, family dynamics and attachments, and the role that these play in shaping your thoughts, feelings, values and overall sense of self. I have found that this process allows for deeper self-understanding, self-enrichment, shifts toward personal growth, and greater intimacy and connection with others.

As a clinical psychologist I have had the honor of working with and learning from individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations as they've made lasting positive changes in enhancing their lives and deepening their relationships.
