I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you identify the triggers to your unhealthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I was faculty at the renowned University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill, Dept of Psychiatry, Eating Disorders Program and treated patients in inpatient, partial hospital, and outpatient settings. I annually present at Eating Disorders conferences and actively publish in medical journals.
