An ardent believer in life-long learning, I have earned masters degrees in psychospiritual care and counseling, family systems and communication, and counseling psychology, and a Ph.D. in integrative psychology. Since 1989 I have been a certified trainer of counselors in the use of the PREPARE/ENRICH® couple assessment inventory. In 2003, I was awarded the Sally Breuner Haugh Spirit of Caring Award by the Sharp Healthcare Foundation for my work with the dying and bereaved.
