This group allows participants to explore their relationship to themselves and to others, using the action method of Psychodrama. (Psychodrama is an action method that is used to explore one's inner and outer world, resulting in change if needed.) This method helps individuals practice new ways of thinking, feeling and living so that they can experience new insight, personal empowerment and a renewed sense of freedom.
